Body Nature is a French e-commerce and multi marketing company that designs, produces and distributes organic products through their network of 1800 direct sales advisors who work hard to give their customers a rich and unique relational experience at home. They asked us to redesign their website and online multi marketing platform.

Challenge
Body Nature was hit hard by the impact of Covid-19, which severely disrupted their operations. To reignite their business, they aimed to completely revamp their product offerings and win back disinterested customers while attracting new ones to the direct selling model. The outdated website no longer conveyed a modern image, and their direct selling approach needed a more efficient digital transformation. Additionally, the advisor platform faced significant usability issues, which not only affected operational efficiency but also caused internal friction within the company.
Body Nature being attached to sustainability values, we challenged ourselves to make a usable and useful project that had low impacts on the planet and was accessible to as many users as possible
Results
We successfully delivered a fully redesigned website and introduced several new features tailored for advisors. These updates not only made it easier for advisors to plan workshops and manage their teams, but also empowered Bodynature to rely more heavily on their internal tools, giving them greater control over their operations. The new platform provided a seamless experience that improved efficiency and streamlined processes for both the company and its advisors.
Process
Research & Analysis: We conducted user interviews, surveys with both advisors and stakeholders, and analyzed in-app analytics to understand the pain points and user needs. We also studied competitor apps and industry trends to gather insights
Information Architecture: Based on the research findings, we restructured the website and decided to add the advisors platform the initial website, making it easier for them to plan and order products for their direct sales events.
Wireframing & Prototyping: We designed wireframes to visualize the new layout and navigation, iteratively refining them based on user feedback. Afterward, we built a high-fidelity, interactive prototype to test the design with a few advisors so that we could get feedback and adjust last details .
Feedback surveys: As we were limited in terms of budget and time, we sent some forms to a sample of users in order to get some feedback from them and make sure they were satisfied with the improvements made.
Visual Design : We developed a cohesive & accessible interface, including color schemes, typography, iconography, and page templates ensuring consistency throughout the app.
Conclusion
Working on the Bodynature project was a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience with e-commerce interfaces. Beyond the website redesign, developing the internal tool to manage advisor teams, sales, clients, and workshops at scale was particularly formative. It required creating a flawless system to ensure smooth operations across the entire organization. This experience deepened my understanding of designing for large-scale systems where structure and efficiency are critical for success.
